The Chatham House is one of two homes we wired in the 2005 Street of Dreams. This 7,900 sq. ft. home won "Best of Show" and has been so popular, that the builder has built two duplicates of this home since. We are currently finishing the 2nd of those homes in Woodinville, which features: full Lighting Control system, Home Automation system with color touch screens, Distributed Audio system, Home Theater with 7.1 Surround Sound system, Integrated Security system, Structured wiring throughout, Phone/Intercom system, Electric gate and 30kw Automatic backup generator. At the touch of a button the owner will be able to Arm the security system, turn on/off all lights, open the garage doors to leave, turn on/off all music, set the heating levels and turn on/off major appliances. When away from the home, the owners will have the same control from any computer or PDA connected to the internet.
