WASHINGTON PARK RESIDENCE

This exceptional home challenged our design team in the beginning. The construction of this home provided no clear way to extend the wiring from the walls to the ceiling, so we needed to create raceways during the foundation phase in order to run the wiring from point A to B. The home was also constructed of mostly steel, glass and concrete which challenged our technicians as well. The end result of this project was an award winning home with the latest technology. The home is outfitted with a Savant Home Automation System which handles the Audio, Video, Lighting, Security, Electronic Shading, Electronic Motorized Windows, Fireplaces, and Golf Simulator!
